Steph is an experienced regional manager with over 5 years’ experience in private medical operations. Steph’s role encompasses site management, business and systems development, marketing, and governance. She ensures our clinics are welcoming, safe, and efficient, and our people have the tools they need to look after our patients in the best way possible. Steph is passionate about delivering a 5* experience to our patients and making this available to as many people as possible across the UK through regional expansion.
Lisa has worked in private healthcare for over 20 years in both primary and secondary care. This wealth of experience has been integral in fusing impeccable customer service alongside exemplary clinical practice as our standard. Lisa recognises each patient is different, but her aim is to ensure our team treat all of patients as if they are the person we care most about.

Nicola is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in Financial Leadership roles. Her expertise lies in overseeing financial operations, implementing robust internal controls and optimising financial processes for efficiency. With a passion for numbers and a commitment to financial excellence, Nicola is excited to contribute to the continued success of One Heart Clinic and their mission to provide exceptional healthcare services.
Peter trained in Birmingham and the West Midlands as a cardiac Physiologist before continuing his development in London.
He has extensive experience in the private medical sector in Central and North London spanning over 20 years. Peter specialises in exercise testing.
Peter has developed an approach that is calm and friendly which helps patients through their journey at a time when they may feel anxious during their medical investigations.
Helder brings a rich background as a Cardiac and Respiratory Physiologist with deep expertise in the Cardiac Medical Devices field. His role encompasses many responsibilities, from leading clinical teams to overseeing all facets of clinical operations. This includes managing schedules, analysing data, controlling budgets and costs, and supervising inventory. Helder's commitment to quality patient care and regulatory compliance ensures a safe work environment. Additionally, he is dedicated to improving healthcare quality and enhancing patient satisfaction. His leadership extends to developing new cardiac-driven services, reinforcing his integral role in advancing cardiac healthcare.
Anthony originally did a sports science degree and worked on a cardiac screening programme for athletes and young individuals looking for inherited cardiac conditions. This let to him re-training in cardiac physiology. Originally trained at Lewisham Hospital, Anthony has also worked at the Royal Free London NHS Trust as well as abroad in the Middle East, before becoming Head of Diagnostics at One Heart Clinic. Trained in all areas of cardiac diagnostics, Anthony now specialises in imaging, and his primary role involves echocardiography and stress echocardiography.
With a background in communications, administration, and customer service, Abe has developed a critical understanding in what it means to deliver patient care that is rooted in empathy and respect.
Abe's time at One Heart Clinic before becoming the Patient Services Manager allowed her to learn the business’ vision and what it takes to provide an effective and longstanding service, to ensure patients receive high-quality care. For her, it means building long-term relationships with patients, advocating for each patient’s needs, and ensuring these are the primary focus of any treatment or care plan.
