Clinical profile
Grace is the lead administrator for One Heart Clinic. She co-ordinates the diaries of all the Consultants and plays a critical role in ensuring patients have all their appointments including consultations and scans booked at times that suit them.
Grace is renowned for her calm, caring and relaxed approach. This ensures she can react quickly and effectively to requests for last minute changes and is a reassuring point of contact for all patients looked after by One Heart Clinic.
Experience
Grace was a lead administrator at BMI Healthcare before making the switch to work with Dr Ravi Assomull, Dr Fakhar Khan and Dr Sayan Sen at One Heart Clinic. She has played a pivotal role in co-ordinating the activity of the consultants across multiple sites and will now take on the role as lead administrator as the growing team centralise at their new headquarters at 27 Harley Street.
